 Born in 1893.Son Of Richard Neave & Sarah Willson.
.Educated at City School,Lincolnshire.Studied at St.John's College and King's Collge,London.Served in Lincolnshire Regiment in World War I.
Served in Malayan Civil Service from 1920'S-1942.He married Minnie Winnall.

i) Diana Neave

ii) John Richard Neave (1929-1997).
